I admit. I love coffee. 

The other day I walked into a Starbucks, and someone wrote this on a napkin and posted it to the community board. It was so simple and profound, I had to share with you… 

"Yesterday was heavy, put it down."

Remember to mentally set down the heaviness of what has come before this moment. A great way to do this is with a Qigong movement called ‘Pull Down the Heavens’.

Try this, stand straight yet relaxed with your feet hip distance apart. As you inhale, circle your arms out and up over your head. Then on the exhale, bring your hands down the front of your body palms face down to the navel while looking left. 

With each exhale, picture letting go and setting down yesterday's heaviness.
